Whole vegetables, vacuum fried, then finished with a proper drizzle of seasoning. No powders, no shortcuts.

Not the deep-fried kind. We vacuum fry ours: cooking at low pressure and a lower temperature, which keeps the vegetable's real colour and nutrients intact instead of drowning it in oil, so you get the crunch without the grease-soaked guilt.

Every chip starts as a whole vegetable, sweet potato, beetroot, or lotus stem, cooked and seasoned. For a specific allergen, always check the ingredient label on the pack for the full details.

Three right now: Piri Pressure (peri peri sweet potato), Root Cause (salted beetroot), and Kamal Hai (Indian masala lotus stem).

About 14 days, if you move them into an airtight container as soon as you open the pack.

Up to 6 months unopened, so stock up without worry.

In an airtight container, somewhere cool and dry. Moisture is a chip's only real enemy.
